At Tori, all you can eat doesn’t mean compromise. In fact, more than 50 dishes feature on the menu. These include nigiri, sushi rolls, yakitori skewers, gyoza, and tempura. There’s also our signature in-house Tonkotsu ramen. Best of all, everything is prepared fresh the moment you order it. Nothing is left waiting under a lamp.
Afterwards, save room for Wagashi. These traditional Japanese sweets include Daifuku, Taiyaki, and green tea or vanilla ice cream. All are included in your sitting.

Meet the Chef Behind Tori’s Japanese Menu
Head Chef Satoshi Chō‘s culinary journey began at just 15, apprenticing in his family’s restaurant in Kakogawa under his father, a respected yakitori master. By 21, he set off to sharpen his craft across Osaka and Kobe, building deep expertise in sushi, kaiseki, izakaya-style cooking and yakitori.
After a decade honing his technique across Japan, Satoshi returned home in 2011 with a vision: one restaurant bringing together everything he’d learned. That vision became Tori — over 25 years of Japanese culinary experience, now brought to the Gold Coast and blended with local produce and dining culture.
Satoshi chose Broadbeach for its lively yet close-knit community feel — a natural fit for Tori’s shared, sociable style of dining.
