Nobbys Street Fiesta is back this October, bringing a free Latin-inspired street festival to Nobby Beach. So, join the locals on Saturday 3 October 2026 for live music and dancing. Above all, expect coastal sunshine and a day full of energy and community spirit. No passport required, just bring your appetite and your dancing shoes.
A Latin street festival for everyone
This one-of-a-kind celebration brings together local residents, businesses, families and visitors. Meanwhile, whether you live around the corner or you’re visiting for the day, this event is the perfect chance to discover what makes the Nobby Beach community so special. So bring your friends, bring the kids, and soak up the music and the relaxed beachside atmosphere.
Live music and dance
First and foremost, the entertainment is the heart of the day. Local musicians will fill the streets with live music, while Latin dancers keep the rhythm going with lessons you can join in on. In addition, Brazilian dance displays and stilt walkers add plenty of colour. Finally, dazzling fire performers round out the spectacle, so there’s always something to watch.
Fire shows and street performers
Naturally, the fire shows are a highlight for many visitors. Alongside them, stilt walkers wander through the crowd, adding an extra dose of theatre to the day. As a result, you’ll find something new to see around almost every corner.
Street food, markets and pop-up bars at the Nobby Beach festival
Come hungry — incredible street food, including tacos, as well as margaritas and refreshing drinks from the pop-up craft bar. Meanwhile, market stalls will showcase handmade goods, local art and unique finds. Additionally, your favourite Nobby Beach restaurants and cafes will offer extended trading hours and exclusive specials, so you can make a full day of it.
Kids and family fun
This is a family-friendly event. Indeed, children’s activities and entertainment for all ages mean the little ones will be just as busy as the grown-ups.
