This high tea celebrates the highly anticipated launch of Mantaray Marina, the Gold Coast’s newest luxury marina, retail and dining precinct. As a result, the menu captures the effortless glamour of the Côte d’Azur and brings it lagoon-side.

These include silky Salmon Blini with Citrus Cream, Dill & Caviar, elegant Chicken Chardonnay Tartlets, and delicate Crab Salad Katafi Nests.
